I started this blog for family and friends. I don't want any of you to miss anything while Dylan is growing up. And then I started to realize that sometimes we have some really funny/embarrassing stories that would be fun to tell. So I will do my best not to hold much back!
I married my husband, Scott in September 2006. We had our baby boy, Dylan, on April 10, 2010. But before Dylan, there was Rocco and Bandit, our furry babies. Bandit loves Dylan and follows him everywhere, and Rocco could care less about him.
I work for for an insurance company as a Training Specialist and I really like my job, but I love being a mommy! Every day there is something new to experience. We have been blessed with a wonderful, low maintenance child. I look forward to every time he does something new, and he has taught us so much.
My favorite TV shows are Glee and Grey's Anatomy. I have a serious obsession with anything musical. My favorite movie of all time is The Sound of Music. I also love to see Broadway shows. Les Miserables and Mamma Mia are my favorites. My guilty TV pleasures are The Bachelor, Jersey Shore, and Teen Mom. I also have an obsession with any true crime shows...48 Hours Mystery, Dateline, or Forensic Files.
Before Dylan was born, we bought a nice DLSR camera. In my spare time, I have been learning the ins and outs of the camera and doing my best to get off that Auto setting.
I am also an avid reader. I got a Kindle a year ago for Christmas and it is the best gift I have ever received. I love Nora Roberts and never get tired of re-reading her books. I also love the Twilight Saga (Team Edward). I am always looking for suggestions on new books, so please feel free to share!
